Camp Activities

At our inclusive camp, youll have plenty of chances to make new friends, share your culture, and take part in exciting activities. One of the highlights will be the National Nights, where you can present your country, your culture, and a bit about yourself and your family in German, of course! Feel free to bring a small souvenir to share with others.

Well explore the Oberhof Sports Facilities, try biathlon, sports shooting, and even have a summer snowball fight. Youll also visit Hainich National Park with a ranger to learn about the local wildlife and plants. Remember to pack your hiking boots, rainwear, and sun protection!

Other adventures include visiting Wartburg Castle, followed by a youth club BBQ, testing fire-fighting tech at the youth fire department, and a rock climbing day. Theres also a hike to a water reservoir and an old sawmill, plus fun swimming tripsdont forget your swimwear and sun hat.

Throughout the camp, theres plenty of time to relax and chat.

If you have specific needs, just let us know were happy to accommodate people with disabilities.

We cant wait to see you there and create unforgettable memories together!

Host family Activities

The Homestay Sojourn is a cultural exchange experience where the participants live with host families in our respective districts. his exchange emphasizes organic interaction, allowing the youth to immerse themselves in everyday life. Activities are centered around engaging with the host family, learning about German culture, and showcasing their own culture in a positive and meaningful way. The goal is to foster mutual understanding, build friendships, and promote cultural exchange through shared experiences and informal activities.
