The camp participants will discover the beautiful region �Bergstra�e and Odenwald� full of tradition, legends, and most romantic castles.
High above the Rhine Plain, nestled in rolling hills and vineyards, the camp participants will live in Starkenburg Youth Hostel in the castle on Schlossberg hill above the city of Heppenheim.
Heppenheim, the romantic district capital, invites you to enjoy the performances at the International Street Theater Festival called �Gassensensationen�. You will go on a trip to the historic university town Heidelberg and enjoy a pleasuring boat cruise on the river Neckar. Have fun while exploring the Odenwald on a Draisinen-tour and see �The Sea of Stones�, one of the most spectacular natural wonders in the Odenwald!
Spend a day in Mannheim and see its Baroque style palace and more.
In Darmstadt you are welcome to take a guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage �Mathildenh�he Darmstadt� and visit the European Space Agency (ESA).
